 When do I get my box?

Boxes ship on the last Tuesday before or on the 25th of every month. You will receive an email with tracking once our local USPS depot has sorted and scanned the lot of packages. Our customers are always our number one priority and we are here to provide them with a stress-free experience. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about the status of your box. You will receive it in plenty of time to open your first die on the 1st day of the month!

Why is international shipping more?

It costs a lot to ship out of the US. We cover some of the cost, but it still adds up. 

Why did I get a box if I cancelled my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, we ship the last box you paid for, then you will not receive any further renewal billings. We have found this is what most people want and it is what our system does automatically.

What happens to undelivered packages?

We ship all packages to the address provided. If your package is shipped to the address provided and returned to us, the customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs due to a returned package such as invalid shipping address or failure to pick up package.
