I purchased some cryptid dice and a Social Distancing Champion Brackets t-shirt from the Box Mountain website, and unfortunately, the size I required was out of stock. I received an email from an actual person within 12 hours of placing the order, and was able to exchange my order for a different t-shirt at no additional cost (there was a small cost difference in the alternate shirt). I even received a free dice bag alongside thanks for my flexibility!
